JUDGMENT :- 1. The petitioner is doing cable T.V. Business at Hosur. It is stated that he has been running the business from the year 2009. The second respondent had entered the same business in the year 2010 and that is the reason for filing this writ petition. 2. It seems that there is a business rivalry between the petitioner and the second respondent. Allegations are made against the second respondent and a First Information Report was also lodged against the second respondent. The petitioner has also given a petition to first respondent to cancel his registration. In the said circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court to pass orders on his representation. 3. In my view, this Court cannot be used to settle business rivalries. No case is made out for maintaining the writ petition. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
