JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, With the consent of parties, Annexure A-2, dated 20th July, 2007 is quashed and set aside. The Principal Secretary (EE) is directed to decide the representation as per order dated 6th June, 2007 passed by the learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No.1283 of 2007, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment. The representation shall be decided by passing a detailed/speaking order after hearing the petitioner in person. 2. In view of the above discussion, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
