JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, With the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the the respondent-State to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner vide Annexure A-10 on its merits, within a period of two months from today. It is made clear that the question of limitation will not come in the way of petitioner. No costs.
