JUDGMENT :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that there would not be any impediment for the petitioner to transport the processed Silica Sand and that there would not be a demand from the respondents for payment of royalty for the second time, if the petitioner produces the necessary documents, including the sales bills, as proof of the sales made in favour of the purchasers. 3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
