ORDER Hon'ble Mr. N.K. Mody, J. 1. Heard. 2. Prayer in the petition is to direct the respondent No. 2 to refund the amount of fee of Rs. 30,300/- and also original mark-sheets. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got the admission in the institute of respondent No. 2 and also deposited a sum of Rs. 30,300/- on account of fee. It is submitted that because of family circumstances petitioner could not join and petitioner applied for return of mark-sheets and also the amount deposited but no order has been passed on the same. 4. After taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a short direction that upon production of the copy of the order passed by the petitioner before respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 shall return the mark-sheets and shall also refund the amount of Rs. 30,300/- forthwith within a period of four weeks. Failing which respondent No. 2 shall also liable to pay interest ' 9% p.a. 5. With the aforesaid observations, petition stands disposed of.
