JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- (i) That the respondents may be directed to allow the applicant to rejoin as a teacher/TGT(A) at Tatehal or elsewhere with all consequential benefits, like seniority and salary since 5.3.2003 forthwith. (ii) That the respondents may be directed to consider and to regularize the period of absence, due to sickness, for all purposes, including continuity in service even though without claiming salary, forthwith. (iii) That after allowing rejoining and regularising the period of absence, the Respondents may be directed to consider and to regularize the applicant as TGT(A) retrospectively from the date of similar teachers/TGT(A) appointed alongwith the applicant on 3.3.1992 or thereafter, were regularised, with all consequential benefits like seniority and notional pay fixation and arrears as per law forthwith. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the first respondent, in view of the stand taken in the reply. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows. 3. In the event of the petitioner making a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of six weeks from today, the matter shall be considered by the first respondent and appropriate orders in accordance with law be passed within a period of four months. In case the petitioner seeks an opportunity of hearing, the same shall also be granted.
