JUDGEMENT S.A.Khan, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. Considering the facts of this case, I do not think that it is a case in which this Court can interfere considering the fact that the allegation that the petitioner who is a P.D.S. Dealer is that he did not distribute the food items to the Red Card Holders. 3. I thus, find no anomaly in the order dated 24.6.2002. This application is accordingly, dismissed.
