JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The grievance of the petitioner is that Annexure C-3 judgment has not been complied with in letter and spirit. Having gone through the reply furnished by the respondents it is difficult for us to find that there is willful disobedience to the judgment. Grievance of the petitioner is actually on the merits of the orders passed pursuant to the judgment. It is for the petitioner to pursue the same in independent original proceedings and not in contempt proceedings. 2. Without prejudice to the above, C.O.P.C. is closed.
