JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of dismissal of the S.L.P., steps are being taken to implement the judgment. The above submission is recorded. This petition is closed making it clear that in case, implementation of the judgment is not done before 25th March, 2011, the respondent will pay cost @ Rs.5000/- per day to the petitioner.
