JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- (i) That the respondents may be directed to frame Recruitment & Promotion Rules for the post of Block Engineers by creating adequate avenues of promotion to the post of Junior Engineers under Panchayati Raj Institutions; (ii) That the respondents may be directed to frame R&P Rules for the post of Junior Engineers in Zila Parishads for governing their conditions of service, including provisions for contribution to CPF/EPF.” 2. It is seen that the petitioners have already approached the government, as per Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representations filed by them. It is also prayed that liberty may be granted to them to file supplementary representations. The writ petition is hence disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation(s), already available on record and supplementary representation(s), if any filed, within a month from today and take appropriate action in accordance with law, adverting also to the submissions made in the representations expeditiously. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
