JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: (a) That the writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Steno-Typist w.e.f. due date i.e. 22.10.2006, like Smt. Sanjana Devi and Smt. Meera Devi, with all consequential benefits including monetary benefits @ 12% per annum. (b) That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the cost of litigation. 2. It is seen that the representations, filed by the petitioner, are pending before the first respondent. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into Annexures P-6, P-7 and P-8, representations, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
