JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: (a) That the respondents may kindly be directed to issue the two years certificate course in the laboratory Technician(DMLT) instead of one year certificate course by keeping in view the qualification possessed by the petitioner from the CBSE which is two years course. (b) That in alternate the respondent No. 3 may kindly be directed to decide the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner on dated 28.4.2010 with the effective and speaking order by giving personal hearing to the petitioner. 2. There will be a direction to the second/third respondent to consider and pass final order on Annexure P 9, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any. Dasti copy.
