JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma,J. Petitioner’s father became permanently incapacitated and he was retired on medical grounds. Petitioner submitted an application for considering his case for compassionate appointment. Same has been rejected without a speaking order vide Annexure A-7, dated 25th September, 2004. The only ground mentioned in Annexure A-7 is that the case of the petitioner has not been found indigent. How and in what manner the case of the petitioner was not found indigent, has not been spelt out. 2. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Annexure A-7, dated 25th September, 2004 is quashed and set aside. The Secretary Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. (Fisheries) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh is directed to consider the case of the afresh for compassionate appointment by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
