JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the petitioners have already been assigned certain lands. He had further submitted that no further lands are available, to be assigned to the petitioners, as the vacant lands had already been assigned to other deserving persons. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has not shown sufficient cause or reason to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioners, in the present Writ Petitions. Hence, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
