It is not disputed that the present lis is covered by the judgment rendered in CWP (T) No. 781 of 2008, titled as Rakesh Chand & others versus State of H.P. and others and Baldev Singh and others versus State of H.P. & others, Latest HJL 2009 (HP), 293. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the principles laid down in the judgments cited herein above, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
