JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners claim benefit of judgments of this court rendered in Mool Raj Upadhayaya Vs. State of H.P. / Gauri Dutt Vs. State of H.P. It is for the petitioner concerned to bring the same to the notice of the second respondent, in which case the second respondent will get an opportunity to look into the facts of each case and take appropriate action thereon. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows. 2. In the event of the individual petitioner filing an appropriate representation, the facts will be verified and appropriate action in the light of the judgments, referred to above, will be taken by the second respondent within another four months. 3.
