JUDGMENT :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that a copy of the original Arbitral Award, dated 18.06.2001, had already been given to the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that only a photo copy of the said Arbitral Award had been given to the petitioner. 2. In such circumstances, the respondents are directed to furnish the certified copy of the Arbitral Award, dated 18.06.2001, to the petitioner, if it had not been furnished, to him, till date, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
