Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the Sub Court, Ponneri to send all the documents marked as Exhibits 1 to 6 in original in O.S.No.341 of 1998 by the plaintiff to Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai. 2. Notice has been served on the respondents 1, 3 to 10. However, none appears on their behalf. 3. In response to this Court direction, the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri in her report dated 23.11.2011 has stated that the entire trial records in O.S.No.341 of 1998 on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri have been submitted to the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu as per the Act 1 of 2004. The Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu in his letter dated 1.12.2011 has stated that the above suit has been renumbered as O.S.No.254 of 2006 and was subsequently transferred to the Fast Track Court No.I, Chengalpattu and then as per the proceedings of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu dated 22.11.2008, it was transferred to the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur on the point of territorial jurisdiction and the same was renumbered as O.S.No.21 of 2007 in District Court, Tiruvallur. The Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in his letter dated 8.12.2011 has stated that the records in O.S.No.21 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur, the subject matter of O.S.No.341 of 1998 on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri are available in that Court. 4. In view of the above, the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur is directed to verify and send all the documents marked as Exhibits 1 to 6 in the suit filed by the plaintiff, to the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai for further action in this matter within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Registry is directed to forward a copy of the typeset of papers filed in this CRP to the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur along with a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is ordered as above. No costs.
