Judgment :- 1. The Original Application in O.A.No.5807 of 2001 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal") is the present Writ Petition. 2. The Writ Petitioner seeks to question the show cause notice issued by the respondent - Co-operative Society. It is well settled by a decision of a Full Bench of this Court in K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and Another reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689 = 2006 (4) LW 495 that the Writ Petition is not maintainable against the Co-operative Society. Furthermore, the impugned order is the show cause notice asking the petitioner to give explanation as to why he may not be terminated from service. Normally, this Court would not interfere at the stage of issuance of show cause notice, unless the same is without jurisdiction. 3. For all the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
