1. It appears that while disposing of bunch of applications for impleadment as party respondent in OWP No. 822/05 on 3-6-2011, clerical errors have crept in paragraphs 1, 6 and 19 of the order. In para-1, in place of Civil Appeal No. 2949/2006, Civil Appeal No. 2249/2006 has been mentioned . In para 6 of the order, in place of Govt. Order No. 156-F of 2003 dated 22-7-2003, the date of the order has been mentioned as 22-4-2003. In para -19 of the order, instead of OWP No. / 822/2005, OWP No. 822/2009 has been mentioned . 2. Learned counsel for the applicants before this court vide order dated 3-6-2011 have been directed to be impleaded as party respondents, seeks rectification of the order to the said extent and removal of clerical errors that have inadvertently crept in paragraphs 1,6, 19 of the order. 3. Shri R.K. Gupta, Sr. Advocate who represented the writ petitioners and opposed the applications for impleadment, does not oppose the rectification of clerical errors identified in the application. 4. In view of the reasons detailed in the application and on no opposition from the other side, application is allowed and reference to Civil Appeal in para-1, directed to be read as 2949/2006 in place of 2249/2006 and in para- 6 the date of Government order No. 156-F of 2003, is directed to be read as 22-7-2003 in place of 22-4-2003 and in para -19 OWP No. 822/2009, is directed to read as OWP No. 822/2005. 5. The application is disposed of accordingly. This order shall be read with and form part of the order dated 3-6-2011.
