JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. All these petitions have been filed with an identical set of prayers and one such prayer reads as follows:- “(i) That this Hon’ble Court be kindly pleased to direct the respondent to grant regular status to the petitioner on his completion of 8 years of daily wage services, if the above contention is not accepted, in that eventuality, in the alternative the petitioner be granted the benefit of regular status on the completion of 10 years daily wage services with all consequential benefits.” 2. The petitioners claim work charge status on completion of eight years of continuous service as daily waged Beldar. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others. It is for the respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents concerned to examine the matter in the light of the judgment referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition(s) and the copy of the judgment referred to above. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
