Judgment :- 1. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the seniority list of Assistant, she was assigned Sl.No.175(a). According to her, she could be given a rank in between Sl.No.160 and 161. The petitioner has not made the persons as parties who are now ranked at 161 to 175. But the petitioner claims relief against them. 2. The petitioner cannot seek for alteration of seniority list in the absence of necessary party. 3. Since the petitioner has not impleaded the necessary persons as parties in the writ petition, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
