JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of the present petitioner i.e. Annexure P-4 and thereby take appropriate, necessary corrective measures to transfer the present petitioner back to the Sundernagar Division, restore the petitioners seniority by appropriately placing the petitioner in the seniority list and giving the petitioner promotion prior to the petitioners juniors.” 2. There will be direction to the second respondent to consider Annexure P-4 on merits and take a decision thereon within a period of two months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment along with a copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. Petition stands disposed of so also the pending applications, if any.
