ORDER : S.H. Kapadia, CJI., Aftab Alam, K.S. P. Radhakrishnan, JJ. As regards the constitution of State Security Commission, we find that State of Uttar Pradesh opted for Sorabjee. Model in which inclusion of the serving/ retired Judge is not there. In order to make the Commission independent, we suggested to the Learned Counsel appearing for the State of Uttar Pradesh to incorporate the serving/retired Judge into the State Security Commission. Learned Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh, on instructions, states that to fall in line with other States, the State of Uttar Pradesh will have no objection to the induction of serving/retired Judge in the State Security Commission based on the model suggested by Sorabjee Committee. 2. Place these matters on 17th January, 2011. 3. Mr. N. Shankar, junior to the learned Amicus Curiae would be entitled to take inspection of the review petitions filed by the various State Governments in this case in the course of the week. 4. Learned Amicus Curiae is required to prepare a chart and submit to this Court indicating the points taken in the review petitions concerning empanelment and tenure for the post of DGP.s
