JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the petitioners may be granted the benefit of three advance increments and their legal heirs may also be ordered to be granted their monetary claims as has been given to the other similarly situated persons.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the decision of this Court in Babu Ram vs. State of H.P. It is for the petitioners/legally entitled persons to bring the matter to the notice of the second respondent. In the event of the petitioners approaching the second respondent by way of individual representation along with a copy of the judgment, referred to above, within a period of two months from today, appropriation action in light of the judgment, subject to its finality and implementation by way of a policy decision by the general order, shall be taken by the second respondent within another four months. 3. The petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. Dasti copy.
