Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 4.10.2010 with regard to water and sewerage connection to the petitioner's residential premises No.7/1, Association Road, 2nd Lane, Vembuli Village, Fort Tondiarpet Circle, Kodungaiyur, Chennai-600 118. 2. At the time of admission, none appears for the petitioner. Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the writ petition and by consent of the counsel appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal. 3. Petitioner seeks water and sewerage connection to his residential premises and made a representation dated 4.10.2010. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the authority will consider the representation in accordance with law. 5. Considering nature of prayer sought for and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 4.10.2010 in accordance with law, if the application for water and sewerage connection is other wise in order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is ordered as above. No costs.
