JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) That the Office Order No. HO:9E:1298/2010 (W), dated 11.02.2011 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from H.R.T.C. Jassur Unit to Reckong Peo, may very kindly be quashed and set aside and the petitioner may kindly be permitted to continue working at the present station of posting at Jassur Unit till the completion of normal tenure or in the alternative, he may kindly be ordered to be adjusted at one of the places i.e. Dharamshala Unit or Palampur Unit or Dehra Unit, where the posts of Mech. Grade-III are lying vacant.” 2. It is for the petitioner to bring his grievance to the notice of the first respondent. In the event of petitioner approaching the first respondent by way of a representation within a week from today, appropriate order will be passed thereon in accordance with law and justice within another two weeks. In case, the petitioner has not been relieved as on today, further proceedings in that regard will be deferred for the said period of three weeks. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
