JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present application has been filed for grant of interim bail to appellant for appearing in B.A. Part-I Examination, 2011, which has already commenced on 03.03.2011 and will continue up to 26.04.2011. It is prayed in the application that appellant may be granted interim bail till 26.04.2011. 3. Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned Public Prosecutor, both, opposed the bail application contending that appellant is a history-sheeter and number of cases are pending against him, which is clear from the impugned judgment. They have also pointed out the gravity of offence of the present case. 4. We have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties. 5. After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to allow this application for interim bail of appellant and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. However, it is directed to the concerned authority i.e. Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur or any other authority, to make necessary arrangements for appearance of appellant in the examinations, as per Permission Letter-cum-Admission Card of appellant, on the date of examination in Police custody. 7. A copy of this order be sent for compliance to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur immediately.Bail Application Dismissed With Above Directions. *******
