JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) For issuing a writ of mandamus to the respondents to exempt the payment of SRT and penalty in favour of the petitioner against bus No. HP-17-6977 for the period 28.12.2005 to 31.12.2006.” 2. It is seen from Annexure P-11 that the Regional Transport Officer, Sirmour at Nahan, has already recommended the extension and the matter is pending consideration before the second respondent/Director. There will be a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on Annexure P-11 expeditiously. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition immediately before the second respondent. We also make it clear that pending decision on Annexure P-11, as above, there will be no coercive steps for recovery of SRT for the period 28.12.2005 to 31.12.2006. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
