Judgment :- 1. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. An endorsement to that effect is made in the case bundle. 2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1/2010 is also dismissed.
