JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- i) That the rejection of representation of the petitioner Annexure P-6 may very kindly be quashed and set aside and the respondent be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for passing of SAS Examination under Old Regulations and thereafter to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer from due date with all consequential benefits.” 2. In view of the intervening developments whereby the petitioner has passed all the papers, petitioner has submitted Annexures P-7 and P-8 representations and the same are pending before the respondent. There will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on Annexures P-7 and P-8 within a period of two months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment and copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the respondent. In case petitioner requests for personal hearing, same may also be granted. While taking decision on the above, reference shall also be made to Annexure P9.
