RAJIV SHARMA

body2011
JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge. Petitioner was appointed as Part Time Water Carrier in Government Primary School, Tang Narwana. He joined his duties on 8th March, 2002. The petitioner made a representation to the Deputy Director of Primary Education, Kangra at Dharamshala to the effect that he may be adjusted in Government Primary School, Tangroti instead of Government Primary School, Tang Narwana. In sequel to the representation made by the petitioner, vide letter dated 5.6.2002 he was adjusted/accommodated at Government Primary School, Tangroti. Since the petitioner himself has made a representation, he cannot be aggrieved by Annexure A-5, dated 5.6.2002. 2. Mr. Sanjay Dutt Vasudeva, learned counsel for the petitioner has strenuously argued that the Vice-President has obtained his client’s signatures on blank papers and the same have been used to make a representation. This version is not believable. The Vice-President has not been made party in the present proceedings. The petitioner on his own request has been accommodated in Government Primary School, Tangroti in 2002. 3. Accordingly, in view of the observations made hereinabove, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
