JUDGMENT 1. - Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the main accused Ajay Dayma, who is owner of the factory in which adulterated ghee was allegedly manufactured has already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26/2/2010. Co-accused Dilip Kumar, who was supplier of such ghee has also been enlarged on bail vide order dated 14/12/2009. Similarly, Sunil Kumar Sharma has also been enlarged on bail vide order dated 14/12/2009. Petitioners were only workers/salesmen of the owner and that they are in custody since 17/11/2010 and 18/11/2010, respectively. Challan has been filed. Trial of the case will take a long. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 3. Having regard to the facts aforesaid and considering all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 4. In the result, this bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioners - (1) Vishnu Kumar Agrawal S/o Shri Laxmi Narain Agrawal @ Ghasi and (2) Ajay Bharti Kapoor S/o Shri Veerdev Kapoor shall be released on bail in FIR No.169/2009 P.S. Khatushyamji District Sikar for offence under Sections 420, 272, 273 IPC and Section 7/16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court for their appearance before that court on all dates of hearing until conclusion of the trial.Bail Application Allowed. *******
