JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “i) That the Respondents may kindly be directed to grant the Work Charged status in terms of the judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in the case tiled as Rakesh Kumar vs. State of H.P. in C.W.P. No. 2735 of 2010 decided on 28.7.2010. ii) That the Respondents may kindly be directed to confer the Work charged status on the Petitioner w.e.f. 01-01-2002 on the date he has completed 8 years of service with minimum 240 days in a calendar year as per the policy decision dated 6.5.2000 Annexure P-11. iii) That the Respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner all the consequential benefits w.e.f. 1-1-2002 and fix his pay in the regular scale of work charge category, and allow him Seniority, periodical increments, promotion and be directed to pay the arrears of pay from the date of completion of 8 years of service, with actual benefit of 8 years of service.” 2. According to the petitioner, the case is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, titled as Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. and others. It is for the petitioner to point out the same before the second respondent. In the event of the petitioner filing representation along with a copy of the judgment referred to above, the matter will be duly examined by the second respondent after verifying the facts and appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within another four months. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s) if any.
