JUDGMENT 1. - Contention of learned counsel for petitioner is that petition's husb was working on the post of Prabodhak and he was granted regular pay scale and also benefit of 6th pay commission. He died while in service of respondents in regular pay scale, on 08.12.2009. Petitioner, being his widow and fully qualified for appointment on post of Teacher Gr.III/Prabhodhak, applied for her appointment on compassionate ground. Petitioner made number of representations to respondents for that purpose, but no action has been taken by them. Petitioner also served a legal notice for demand of justice, but that too also of no avail. 2. Having heard learned counsel for petitioner and keeping in view nature of controversy, I do not deem it appropriate to directly entertain writ petition. Petitioner however is required to make a suitable representation to respondent no.2 raising all pleadings which have been raised in writ petition, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is placed before him. 3. Writ petition stands disposed of.Writ Petition Disposed of as Above. *******
