JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to give the work charge status to the petitioner like Sh. Ram Bahadur and Smt. Pushpa w.e.f. due date, i.e. Sept, 1999 as working under the same H.P.P.W.D. Division Solan, Distt. Solan H.P. ii) That the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits in the favour of petitioner w.e.f. Sept. 1999 till the date of realization with interest @ 18% per annum.” 2. According to the petitioner her case is covered by a decision of this Court in Ram Bahadur and another versus State of H.P. and others, CWP No. 2840 of 2009,decided on 17.6.2010 (Annexure P3). There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid decision and take appropriate action in the matter within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of so also the pending applications, if any.
