JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Annexure P-2. The issue essentially pertains to the refixation of the pay. The learned Advocate General has placed before this Court a communication from the Director of Higher Education, H.P. dated 24.9.2010, which is taken on record whereby the pay of the petitioner has been refixed as per order dated 6.9.2010. In view of the action taken as above the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the surviving grievance, if any, before the Director in which case matter be looked into and appropriate action be taken within two months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. The petition stands disposed of so also the pending applications, if any.
