Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the representation dated 30.10.2010 and the reminder dated 27.11.2010. 2. Mr.M.Dhandapani, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. The grievance of the petitioner has been set out in the legal notice/representation dated 30.10.2010. The nature of grievance is highlighted in paragraph 9 of the said notice/representation. 4. Mr.M.Dhandapani, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the authority will consider the legal notice/representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a time frame by this Court, if not already disposed of. 5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the respondents are directed to consider the legal notice/representation dated 30.10.2010 in accordance with law and dispose the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not already disposed of. It is made clear that the court has not expressed anything on the claim of the petitioner. The Writ Petition is ordered of as above. No costs.
