JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma,J. Petitioner was appointed/promoted as per memorandum dated 31.01.2005 (Annexure P-1) in the pay scale of `4600-7250/-. He started discharging the duties of Lineman. However, vide office order dated 27.05.2005 (Annexure P-2), the earlier order issued on 31.01.2005 (Annexure P-1) has been withdrawn unilaterally. Petitioner has been appointed/promoted on regular basis as per Annexure P-1. He was required to be heard before the issuance of impugned order dated 27.05.2005 (Annexure P-2). He has suffered civil and evil consequences. 2. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Annexure P-2, dated 27.05.2005 is quashed and set aside. However, liberty is reserved to the respondents to proceed with the matter, in accordance with law. No costs.
