JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 25.01.1993 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 364(C2) of 1984/ Tr. No. 36 of 1993 by which he has acquitted the sole respondent. 2. On going through the judgment in appeal, I find that the same is well reasoned and there can not be any cogent ground for disagreeing with the same. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
