JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “i) That the writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents with the directions to transfer the petitioner to the station of his choice, i.e., HRTC Rural Unit-3. ii) That the direction may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to decide the representation of the petitioner, i.e., Annexure P-1.” 2. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into and consider Annexure P-1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner to the said respondent. 3. The petition stands disposed of so also the pending applications, if any.
