JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 01.07.1994 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in Complaint Case No. 499(C) of 1987/ Tr. No. 16 of 1994 by which he has acquitted the sole respondent. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal and examining the reasonings given for acquittal, I find no cogent ground for disagreeing with the conclusion and, therefore, finding no merit in the appeal, the same is dismissed.
