JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 20.12.1993 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in Complaint case No.108 of 1986 Trial No.524 of 1993, by which it has acquitted the sole respondent. On going through the judgment impugned, I find that the facts have been well considered and the Trial Court has arrived at a conclusion, which can not be disturbed. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
