JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 29.1.1994 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, Chapra in Criminal Appeal No.2 of 1990, by which it has allowed the appeal of the respondent nos.1 to 3 against the judgment dated 21.12.1989 passed in Complaint case No.805 of 1980 Trial No.576 of 1989 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra. On going through the appellate order, I find that it has considered the factum as well as the legal aspects of the matter and no reasonable person can disagree with the conclusion arrived at by the Appellate Court. 2. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
