JUDGMENT 1. - Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only offence alleged against the petitioner is one for offence under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995. His case is exactly similar to that of co-accused Aarif, who has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 8/3/2011 passed by this Court in S.B. Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 1738/2011. Petitioner is in judicial custody for quite some time. No other case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner. He undertakes not to repeat the similar offence in future. Trial of the case will take a long. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 3. Having regard to the facts aforesaid and considering all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4. In the result, this bail application under Sections 439 Criminal Procedure Code is allowed and it is directed that petitioner - Samsu S/o Shri Kamru shall be released on bail in FIR No.59/2011 P.S. Laxmangarh, District Alwar for offence under Secs, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995 on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court for his appearance before that Court on all dates of hearing until conclusion of the trial.Petition Allowed. *******
