JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The State has come in appeal against the judgment dated 23.12.1993 passed in S.Tr. No. 94 of 1987 by the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan by which it has acquitted the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 of charges under Sections 307, 307/149 and 337 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 2. On going through the judgment in appeal, I find that the Trial Court has considered every aspects of the prosecution case and thereafter given benefit of doubt to the respondents. This Court has no reason to disagree with the finding arrived at by the Trial Court. 3. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
