JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment dated 08.07.1994 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 161(C) of 1989/ Tr. No. 93 of 1994 by which he has acquitted the sole respondent. 2. On going through the judgment of the Trial Court, I find that the same is reasonable and it was for good grounds that the respondent was acquitted. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
