JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. This petition is a gross abuse of the process of justice. The written statement has already been filed within the period of 90 days. It is the discretion of the trial Court whether to allow extension of time upto 90 days or even beyond that. This Court in proceedings under Article 227 of the Constitution of India cannot sit in judgement over such orders. The petition being without merit is dismissed.
