JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of Respondent Nos. 2 to 12 by judgment dated 23.08.1994 passed by SDJM, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 209(C) of 1992/Tr. No. 292 of 1994. 2. On going through the judgment of the Trial Court, I find that the Trial Court has well considered the evidence adduced on behalf of the prosecution that the prosecution had failed to prove its case beyond all reasonable doubt. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
