JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 by judgment dated 13.09.1994 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Saran at Chapra, in Tr. No. 349 of 1994. 2. On going through the judgment in appeal, I find that the acquittal was for good reasons and there can not be any ground for disagreeing with the conclusion. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
